Gift of Life Foundation (GOLF) is separate from Gift of Life Michigan. The Gift of Life Foundation uses donated funds to help promote educational efforts to the public, provide research grants and financial assistance to transplant recipients in need.
A gift to the Gift of Life Foundation is tax deductable to
the extent of IRS regulations.
When making a contribution, please print the attached form with a
check made payable to:
Gift of Life Foundation or GOLF.
At this time we are unable to accept credit card donations.
Contributions to the Gift of Life Foundation are unsolicited, and your name(s) will not be added to any mailing lists. All contributions are confidential, and only your name and address will be included on the letter to the loved ones family.
